Levy Payments
It is important that you meet your initial deposit of $800, which is due by Sunday the 7th of June. Players who do not meet this payment schedule will not be considered for the Exchange.
Forms
All forms must be completed and returned to Anthony as soon as possible. Please read very carefully the player and parent agreements. Remember your principal must sign your permission form.
